By using the Essy Beauty Platform (“Platform”), including its website and mobile application, all users, whether Clients or Vendors, consent to the terms of this Policy.

Such data may include, but is not limited to, full name, contact information, identification numbers, payment information, booking history, location data, health disclosures (where required for service safety), and communication records.
